Longde Technology | Team Collaboration Sand Table Training

      At 14:00 on the afternoon of March 14, 2026, the "Team Collaboration Sandtable Training" of Longde Technology was successfully held. Mr. Zeng Zebin, President of the Company, together with the senior management team, participated throughout the event, with more than 50 supervisors and above from various departments taking part in the training. The training kicked off with an opening speech delivered by Mr. Zeng.

      Taking the bucket theory as the starting point, Mr. Zeng elaborated on the importance of team building in a simple and profound manner. He emphasized that continuous learning serves as a vital path to empowering production and operation, and required all participants to fully understand the management philosophy of "building a team, formulating strategies, and leading the workforce". He urged everyone to translate theories into practical results and contribute wisdom and strength to the company’s high-quality development with a lifelong learning spirit.

      Following the ice-breaking session, the training moved into the practical phase. During the tangram model sandtable simulation, each team completed various challenges through resource integration, task breakdown and teamwork, creating an intense and competitive atmosphere on site. The special sharing themed "Transformation and Value Creation of Excellent Finance" combined benchmark industry cases and practical tools, providing participants with solutions to improve team efficiency from a financial perspective.

     Through immersive experience, this training has achieved dual improvement in management cognition and practical capabilities.
